Helpdesk Ticket System

We use our support based helpdesk system for the client support, create a support ticket using our support portal. In addition use the given link below for the line support provided by the TeamViewer
General Help desk – where your call is logged and initial trouble shooting is undertaken. Most calls to the help desk are resolved at this level Technical Help desk – our general help desk consultants have access to a team of dedicated help-desk programmers to aid in the timely resolution of more complex queries.

Support Services

We have comprehensive helpdesk support system for running projects available and under maintenance projects to our clients and we support 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday – Saturday based on the client SLA. The support calls are logged and responded by our staff by 30 to 60 minutes. We use ticket based helpdesk system for the project maintenance and support. Every client will be given an Id to administer the tickets and there status.
